On arrival my reservation could not be located. On return, I made two stops to complete the full gas requirement. As I was before my 4 hr time limitation I was told no additional charges would be incurred. In fact an additional gas fee and after hour fee were charged adding > $50. to the expense.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisEven though I got my reservation and all information submitted online a day ahead of time, it still seemed like an excessive amount of work for the gentleman at the front desk to deal with in order to get me on the road. Not sure if the system is just a pain in the ass or if this location just doesn't get much uhaul rental traffic. I felt bad for the guys getting it sorted out. They were incredibly nice and did not inconvenience me in the slightest. Just leaving this feedback in case there's a way to streamline the process for folks who are primarily employees of a hardware store and not dedicated Uhaul rental employees. Again -- zero complaints!

Guy GI would like them to be able to print a copy of paperwork when you turn the U-Haul back in instead of using just online. I need it so that I can have it in my records for tax time, etc. But they made it easy and comfortable for me. The men and women working there were wonderful to work with the manager who gave me his business card was helpful for me when I had to extend two more days due to the closing of my house date being moved by 48 hours. I would definitely tell others to use this location to rent a U-Haul for their use.
