Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisNot good at all, there was no one to attend and then one person will come from garage and ask us to call for pick up truck and over call they ask for credit card no. And if we do not give then they will say you have 30 sec, give me credit card no or download and add in U-haul app. Thank god at the end I called U-Haul support and they help to pick up otherwise I was thinking to cancel reservation.
RAJESH WMissing the trolley that I ordered with it
Steve B"I estimated that driving 60 km would consume around $30 worth of fuel, based on the calculation that a 92 km trip in a truck costs approximately $45. I admit my estimation was slightly off, but charging me $74 for fuel seems completely unfair and excessive. Could you please review this charge?"
Hakan KI booked this a month ago, at the last moment I was told truck not available at the chosen location so we need to pick from this new location. First issues key was nowhere to be found as mentioned in instruction. Secondly they did not put dolly as request. Moreover when I started the truck I was on call with uhaul support and the truck was jittery and there was engine check light. It was the worst uhaul experience. Truck was very dangerous to drive compare to what I was told.
