Brion AThe only issue for me was the snow... other than that everything was good.
GWENDOLYN DGreat Service!
TERESA WI was charged an additional day which I did not use for an additional day at all. I was charged for moving equipment which I did not take (furniture covers). I was charged into total, over $400 to drive the vehicle less than 30 miles. I was told since I paid for the 30 miles but didn’t use it. I’d be charged an additional refund. I picked up the vehicle with only a quarter tank and put in more when I dropped it off. Luckily I took photographs of everything. I was told that I could drop it off at a location closer to my destination which still was not far but was not told that I would be charged an additional $121 to drop it off there or I would not have dropped it off there and would have still been under 30 miles.
