I booked my rental online for the Maplewood location and selected the option to check in at the counter and a pickup time that aligned with opening. My pick up location was moved to a location that wasn't open at the pickup time so I had to do the mobile check in. That was very much NOT what I wanted and I had to pay before I could get instructions on how to pick up the truck so I wasn't even sure if it was going to work and I had to give my payment info. When I did get through the mobile check in and got to the truck, the window was frosted over, there was no ice scraper, and there was a dashboard warning light for the tire sensors. Very frustrated with the whole experience, I will NOT be booking online and I will be declining any situations where Uhaul tries to move me to a different location if I don't know that they have a service desk and that they will be open at the time I selected to pick up.

Ryan HThe parking lot where the trucks are kept is way too small for the amount of trucks there. It is impossible to properly return a truck without almost hitting another truck.
