The Van was clean and well maintained but the AC did not blow cold air. Instead it blew out hot air, while I had the temperature setting on cold. In Florida, it's very important to have access to AC on a hot day, especially after moving.

Charlie MI had a reservation for a 10 foot van in Gainesville and when I arrived on time to pick up the van they (YOU) related to me that I had to drive to Ocala to get the van. 50 miles each way, gas, tolls, time etc. It ended turning my 5 hour trip one way to miami into 10 hours. Horrible service, and it was a an 1.5 hour drop off, and YOU attempted to charge me an over milage fee. I dispute the charge on my cc, UHAUL needs to step up its game. Social Media can be a nightmare
