Mirrors were tough to adjust. Mentioned this when we returned the truck. Overall staff was professional and courteous. The 15' truck size was perfect for the move. Glad we took staff's advice.

Tracy was amazing, she knew all the answers to my questions helped me pick up exactly what I need and went over the van with a fine tooth comb. She showed great customer service. BUT! The van was dirty and looked like no one ever washed it. I dropped the van off the same day and was told that they would be open till 7pm. I got back to the office at 4:50 and there was a sign hanging in the window saying they were out in the property and to call customer service. We called and walked around looking for someone to help us no one was around. After 15 to 20 minutes of looking for someone someone in the office building finally came to the door and unlocked it. They were not out and about they were in the office why I having to wait? Why does uhaul hire people to lock the doors? The only thing he checked was the mileage he didn’t even check to see if it was clean and it explains why when I got it it was so dirty. By the way I was so worried I would be charged a cleaning fee that I cleaned it up better then when I was giving it.

Had online complaint with check-in,, the first time that i had an issue I use it all the time...Person helping me cleared info...said to go inside for rep. I typed why? She ended transaction... young man inside retrieved it and fixed it right away. Signed my name and left.

When I arrived nobody was in sight or greeted me for about 10 minutes. Two people just popped up and nobody was apologetic about the wait. The renters seemed new. I had to wait again for them to find The truck and then bring it up front. The person never gave me an opportunity to check the back of the truck bed, only told me to check the gas and mileage. I will never make another online reservation because I was sent way out of my way and paid unnecessary mileage. If I knew the truck would be a 24 rental I would have gotten it Saturday evening from the Marion Oaks location that I originally made it for.

License plate light inoperative. Lower right light inoperative. Turn signal lights displayed both directions. Previous user apparently transported something with oil which left oil on the entire floor of trailer - required manual cleaning of floor (.5 hrs) and using rented moving blankets to reduce exposure.

I don't think the location is the problem. It is a corporate problem. I called UHaul to let them know their equipment did not have all of the features working (in particular, the cargo light wasn't working) and I couldn't complete my move without them. They told me they would send a message to the location. They never did. Also, the system in place for dropping of UHauls after hours is DANGEROUS and should not be happening. It took me over 30 minutes to complete the transaction, and i was left exposed while doing it, out in the open for anyone to rob, rape or kill me. The reaction I got when I expressed my concern was "Our location is safe, that has never happened here." Well, they are probably right. Until it DOES happen. And it will be the fault of UHaul.

1. My preferred location said they did not have my trailer size and sent me to a second location. I was impressed the first location called the second location to verify they had the trailer. The first location also told them that we were on the way and to please hold it. 2. When I arrived at the second location 15 minutes later nobody was there. There was a phone number on the door that said to call this number if the office was locked during business hours. I called and no one answered so I was transferred to a Uhaul call center. They were unable to help or get a hold of someone at the second location. They then sent me to a 3rd location. 3. When I arrived at the 3rd location they did not have a trailer available and told me to go back to the 2nd location. She told me that I could drive to the back to the back of the 2nd location and just take the trailer that I wanted since I had an online reservation. So I went back. 4. This time there was someone in the office that could help me out. We did a contract (the lady at the third location just told me to take it....wrong!). The man at the second location was able to get me a trailer and got me on my way. He did nothing to apologize for the 3 hours it took me to find a trailer and the run around I had been through. He actually laughed and said it happens more than I think. WOW!!! Will NOT be using Uhaul in the future. I've NEVER had an experience like this with Uhaul before. Maybe the company is just too big now.

I don’t really need an overly aggressive lecture about how the facility incurs charges for every single scratch in and on the vehicle therefore if I don’t indentify every single scratch prior to driving the vehicle away from the facility that I would be charged for any and all scratches. I’m pretty certain that there may be a better approach to managing this issue.

I reserved a trailer with a ramp. When I arrived the trailer was not available. There was an upgrade trailer available, but the representative would not give me the upgrade at the same price, even though the trailer I reserved was not available. Need to make sure you have equipment on hand at time of rental or make it up to the customer with an upgrade.
