While service was great and friendly, the truck was clean, however, the parking brake on the truck was not operational. I should've tested the parking brake before accepting the rental, however, that is one of those extremely important items that I assume will always work since I've never had a problem like that with a UHAUL rental and to be honest, it's really a basic / bare minimum item that shouldn't have to be checked by the customer. Return process after hours was a little wonky - I put in the correct "combo" for the padlock on the key lockbox, but I couldn't get it open. Probably operator error on my part, but the 24/7 customer service line helped me out and was able to resolve rather quickly. I would recommend this location to a friend - with the caveat that they should be mindful to check everything before driving off the lot.

Darko RMy return wasn’t the best. I dropped it off. They sent a tech to help. He said he would update the return and I’d get an email. This was at about 9:30am. I had to call at 5pm to get it finally checked in.
Bryan SThe owner, kp, is rude and would talk in a insulting manner constantly. When I returned the truck, he could not find any issue and told me the truck needs one more gallon of gas even though the gas was exactly on the 1/4. I would not return to that location and would not recommend it to anyone.
ALI SI signed up for a drop off 12 minutes from my destination, then you made me instead do a drop off 40 mins away which was a real hassle.
