The truck was filthy inside and out... spilled soda dried to the dash...
Daniel BYour customer service people at that location. The women who "helped" me seemed very much in a rush and uninterested in doing her job. She sent me on my way with the truck without having completed any of the necessary steps beforehand. I had to call customer service to help me with multiple issues and being overcharged was one of them.

john lGot a one way truck. Entire order said pick up one way at 11, drop it off down where I was moving. At 3pm without me knowing, someone changed my receipt that my truck was to go back to where I got it from. Nobody told me. I dropped it off next day at 11am and filled up gas all the way cause I’m the type of person to take care of someone if they help me out, just for them to tell me I couldn’t drop it off cause they changed my order and the drop off location didn’t do anything to help me or contact the place I picked it up from. I spend 2 hours on calls and holds for them to finally tell me to leave the keys. Terrible moving experience.
