Staff over charged me and documented the gas on check in and out incorrectly. They also charged me for an extra day when on the check out receipt they said it was due at 1200 the next day. Grateful for Jeff Shutt who took care of this matter.

The trailer was simply unswept of small dirt and sand particles. This really wasn't a big deal but is something that would never occur at a corporate rental center
