Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avistrailers are parked in a very inconvenient location - one side is a large mud hole right in front of the trailer and the other side is on the edge of a very busy road. Backing up to load or unload trailer is a little sketchy. Also, when I dropped the trailer off, I was told to just go drop it under the awning. I asked for help to take the 6x12 dual axle trailer off my truck/hitch and was told that sorry, I cannot leave the desk to help you. Told him my back was bad and he was forced to come out and assist. Frankly, at first I thought he was just kidding me, he acted like it was a major inconvenience.
Rob WMaintenance needs to be better trailer had bad tires and was a very bad and rough trip with all of the bouncing and vibration im really lucky that I didn’t get any blown tires
joseph lWe used the drop box
Christina KThe app was very difficult use and if the attendant would not have recognized we were having problems we would not have been able to rent the truck.
