JOSEPH S.The place is a mechanic shop so uhaul customers treated as 2nd degree citizens. I walked in the office where a woman sitting on desk on her cellphone, she put the phone away from her ears and looked at me asking how can she help me " using eye contact without saying a word!" Then she said one minute " same way using her hand this time" and went back to her phone after about 15 minutes she hung up and gave me some attention. Then the mechanic hooked the trailer to my vehicle .... less than 1/2 a mile down the road the trailer cameout the hitch ball and remained connected with the chain only the guy that hooked it up never tied the bolt that secure the trailer to the hitch. For about 2-3 minutes of the most .......
