Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisStaff on site were incredibly helpful
Dustin RU-Haul itself has an entire host of problems that need to be addressed, I’m currently waiting for a regional manager to reach out to me regarding all the issues I’ve had with U-Haul the company. However, this specific location, and I’d like to specifically shout out Tia, helped me TREMENDOUSLY during my stressful moving day. She was kind, understanding, and worked as quickly as she could considering U-Hauls technical difficulties. If you need a U-Haul in Olive Branch, this is THE ONLY LOCATION you should reserve from. Thank you Tia for saving the day!
Kate FThe lady at the front was nice but after getting stuck and having to pay out of pocket $450 for a tow on top of that they charged me cleaning and fuel charge. When I filled it up to where it was and it was not dirty. I will never go to this location again.
STEPHANIE WTruck was NOT clean when I picked it up. Back was full of trash, leaves and papers. Cab smelled like cigarette smoke. Gave me a headache to drive it. Key was very difficult to remove from ignition.
