Their WiFi connection makes it extremely hard to return the truck and there’s no cell service. I tried to submit photos of the truck, but the app bounced me out before I could upload them. I have taken the photos anyway, in case you need them. Not my first U-Haul rodeo!

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisNot being very good with computers, I needed the assistance of the employees at Tetta’s to help me get the key out of the box. That should be easier with better directions sent to the customer.
Robert RMobile pickup only in an area with no cell service. Brilliant…
Matthew CThe overall experience was fine - the truck was immaculate with low mileage and the location was super convenient to where we live in Olive. However, I have some pointers for future customers: I would recommend arriving early, the check-in process took us about 30 minutes because you have to do a mobile check-in inside the store to use the wifi, (upload your drivers license, information, etc before you start the process to pick up the keys) and walk back and forth to the truck location to upload photos of the truck during the check-in process. As soon as you can get the keys in the check-in process, I would recommend moving the truck into the store parking lot so that you can take the photos and upload them in the wifi without too much walking. ALSO - the key locations are by the gas pumps, on the corner of the store building - for anyone who is not familiar with this location.
Becki SWell done!
