Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe cab wasn’t super dirty however it could have been wiped down and there was a tooth flosser and a business card in the door. My phone also noticed that there was an air tag present. I heard it but couldn’t locate it. I found this to be very odd.
Jessika BThe truck was great, perfect for my needs, seemed to be in good repair so that it functioned well. The uHaul app ultimately functioned okay, but it did require a lot of repeated loading of data and photos. It took loading pics of my license three times, and my address and phone were also asked for three times. It seemed there was no point in preregistration: everything had to be detailed again at the time of picking up the vehicle. It took easily as much time as if it was all done by the attendant.
DONALD FTruck has not been cleaned, and had a broken mirror. Attendant explained this to me, but had no other truck to offer that was in better shape.
Jeff HVery unhappy with Uhaul switching my dropoff location because of too many trucks. I had picked that location because that was where I was renting a storage unit. So having to go to two different places was extremely inconvenient. Very very bad customer service
