The truck was gross and dirty with trash inside. Most things were sticky and gross. This place only had two trucks anyway. I'd just close them.

QUENTIN D.I chose a different location, and upon arriving was told my location was changed. Then when I arrived at the second location, I was told I needed to verify with TWO additional contacts, a passport, or my residential leasing agreement. I was previously told just an ID and credit card. The truck was not full on gas, there was a used disposable fork in the cab. I only drove 20 miles and had to pay $75 to fill it back up. I will absolutely never use the 24-7 mobile service again, extremely dissatisfied after using uhaul for years.
