The check out after hours was a bit confusing, even with my iPhone and changing to allow the sharing of locations I couldn't do. Thankfully my bf had an Android so it worked on there no problem!Jillian W.
The location and staff were fantastic during operating hours. But due to zero communication given as to what was needed before returning the key, I began the return process AFTER I took some pictures of the truck, and returned the key, and ended up stuck at the location for over an hour due to the customer service line disconnecting my calls twice, and the live chat option timing me out despite me being active on the web page. Then I was issued a $15 certificate as if I'm ever going to actually use Uhaul again, and not just switch to Budget since they have similar rates and I've never had such issues with their service, including once during a holiday.Regina M.

Service here is great but the condition of the 6 by 12 cargo trailer was poor. Very hard to open the back door and slide it up. Also, holes in ceiling allowed water on our cargo little bit. Also tied a ratchet strap to one of the clips and due to corrosion it pulled the clip out of the corner. This trailer has not been well-maintained so I reported these things to the attendant who detached it for us.DANIEL S.
Customer service. I struggled a lot finding an auto transport trailer. I began my quest online at your webpage. Tried to book one online and it didn't work, then I call. Whole other deal there with the exact pulling capacity of F250 and whatever anyways, none available after that had deal, so not until I had gone through the whole process was I told there weren't any available at all around Colombus, NE or Omaha, NE in the next two days (Sunday, Monday). I stop by UHaul in the evening as I'm in the neighborhood. And what do I find? Yes, an auto transport trailer. Store had just closed 20 minutes prior. I go in the morning at 10am to attempt to rent it and I have some luck. It had not been checked in the shift before and I reserve it. I had to drive to Colombus to get the vehicle I was pulling with and it just so happens the UHaul there is on the same block as aunt's restaurant. There's two auto transport trailers there. I had to drop off the auto transport trailer at this same location and they had not been moved at all. So why were these auto transport trailers not showing up online? Had they not been checked in either? I used the trailer to save some money on the towing of broken down car. It was inconvenient to have to go through this whole spiel.Gustavo C.

I was charged for 8 gallons of fuel when I only went 17 miles with the vehicle and I put gas in it before bringing it back! Then I was also charged twice for the insurance and the dolly for the few hours I had the truck!Justin P.
The check engine light came on in the middle of our move. We were in a terrible snow storm where we got stuck and couldn't get more gas. I was still charged the full amount. I will never use this location again for their unreliable trucks and terrible customer service.DANA M J.

Everything was fine except i wasn't given the moving blankets i paid for. I realized it way too late to go back. When i returned the trailer, i indicated in the app that i wanted a credit for the blankets and they took care of it easily and sent my confirmation by email. So it wasn't stressful at all, just a minor inconvenience on moving day. Probably just need a better system or checklist for making sure everything is provided before the customer leaves. thanks!JAMES J.
