I was charged twice, please send me a refund. I did not like that my reservation was changed to self checkout even though I scheduled my pick up during store hours. I thought the self check out process was inconvenient and took more time than I was expecting and it was cold outside. Upon check out, the app closed down so I was not able to upload photos. The sun visors were loose and hung in the way of my view of the road. The truck did not have any debris in it, but was dusty and had not been cleaned in a while. I had help loading and unloading the truck, but it was difficult for me to lower the back door for photos once I got it open. I felt I was doing work for you.

CALVIN WHave someone at the location. The rental happened only because there was a number to call to make the reservation take place.
