This was a brand new 15 foot U-Haul 17,000 miles on it it was clean yes I was in the first few hundred miles there was no reserv this was a brand new 15 foot U-Haul 17,000 miles on it was clean yes I was in the first few hundred miles there was no reverse. We were told just keep driving it don’t worry about it so we made the Full trip across country these rigs need to be checked maintenance wise more often. When we returned it in New York State I totally think about it she couldn’t believe well that’s the way it is

The initial location I was supposed to pick up the trailer from was closed, and I ended up driving all over town looking for another place to pick one up from. I found Treasure Valley Windshield and U-Haul, and their customer service was superb. The man I worked with was very kind and understanding and was able to get me a trailer.

Well I set this up a month in advance I wanted it on a Sun but he wasn't opened but told me that I could pick it up on Sat and he would start my time Mon great I picked it up iwasnteaving town until Monday I noticed the date on the slip and called him Mon when I was leaving mind you just had to drive 500 miles and try to unload and have the thing dropped off Tuesday he told me call the other and see if I can drop it off Wednesday or I could drop it off after hours wash his hands of it get over to drop it off he fails to tell me that it had to be dropped of in the am and she was going to charge me WOW I didn't know I was dealing g with a liar I rented haul my whole life being over 50 never again I would think when you go into a business that every time they opened there mouth Ryder is my choice in future

I did express check in but he undid it and charged me more. It took a very long time. I was not given an English version of the booklet. Instead a Spanish one which I can't speak or read. This was not my location of choice, and the person , who I believe to be the owner, didn't know the computer system which it seems he should have. I had to drive 18 miles out of my to get the truck and trailer both of which were not clean.

He doesnt fill the fuel up all the way. Leaves them like 2 or 3 gallons shy says theyre full and then expects you to fill them up all the way when you only drive 5 miles and he says you drove 7 miles. I know its only a few dollars but its the principle of the sitsuation and doing proper and ethical business! Also was over charged by uhaul almost another 20 dollars for some reason from the reciept i got from the rental location! Bad business overall
