Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisNothing everything was fast and efficient with check out and check in of rental.
Daniel SThe place where I picked the U-Haul up in Opelika was very slow and unprofessional. The owner was much more concerned about serving fried chicken than getting the paperwork done for my truck.
CHARLES SThere was no contact with anyone. Every step was on my phone. Drop off went smoothly. You better be prepared to take several pictures and upload them to the UHAUL app. Not your Daddy’s UHAUL experience!
mark gWhen I arrived I walked into the location and what I assume was the owner looked at me and continued to talk to someone else who worked there. I stood there for another minute or two before he looked at me again and then resumed his conversation. I had to interrupt their conversation to tell them I have a U-Haul return and planned to use the app to return it but didn’t know where to park the vehicle. He replied as if I was bothering him and told me where to park it and to bring the key back in. When I came back in with the key I held it in my hand to give it to him. He looked at me and said nothing nor did he take the key. I sat it on the counter, said thank you, and left. I would NEVER EVER pick up or return at this location.
