I was supposed to have keyless remote pick up, but it was not set up by the location. I was fortunate that when I arrived there was someone on property even though they weren’t open, and he was able to get me the keys. They worked to correct the issue, just wish it could’ve been a smoother process in the beginning.
Laura GI had a reservation for 10:00 AM. I sat and waited to get any help for 45 min. The guy who helped me had no idea what he was doing. It was as if he had no training on it at all.
Chad PPerson in charge isn’t knowledgeable at all. I couldn’t open my car door once my vehicle was parked on the auto transport. He didn’t know that the wheel wells fold down folded down-neither did I. I had to climb outta window after. And travel with my car window down the entire trip! Ridiculous!
