Truck seemed loose and unmaintained. Engine light was on, however engine ran fine.

harold fI’m not sure what it is with Orillia U-Haul dealers and things not being “their problem” but the customer service was so disgustingly horrible that I’d rather drive to ANY other town to do business if I ever need another truck. I reserved my truck a week in advance, nobody called me to alert me of any issues or changes. When I showed up on moving day, they “couldn’t get my truck out” because nobody decided to clean the snow off of it or remove the snow around it and I was met with “well I don’t work for U-Haul, this isn’t my problem”. Then we go to a second location, get the truck in the size I want and not only were the miles off, but the gas gauge was off. I’m so, so disappointed.
KATHERINE SThe van was tidy and worked well but the roof wasn't cleared of snow so it slid down onto the windshield at the first stop I made and blocked my entire view. It also either had really worn winter tires or didn't have them at all because it was very difficult to drive in the snow and I had to be very careful.
