The cup holders and console were dirty (spilled drink residue). As a former rental company employee, I would say that cleaning the interior between rentals is an important thing to do for the customer. But overall the truck ran well and got from point A to point B with no mechanical issues.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI Selected this location because is was supposed to have in person support but when I arrived they informed me that they do not anymore and refused to help me. The Truck was filthy in the back and had a broken light bulb.
Lindsay OBoth times I have rented a truck from this location on August 29th and September 22 2026 the truck had an empty gas tank. I also rented a dolley that on both times was unavailable - clerk said they lost the dolley with a previous customer. We also got ripped off as they did not to credit me. fo the gas i put in the truck upon return which is something we were promised. This lication is a scam - avoid if at all possible
Augusto DTruly no improvement needed. It was a smooth and easy process!
Edith GThe truck was in good condition, we had bit of trouble with the wipers in the bad storm we drove through but got them going. maybe just check on the wipers. Customer service and the truck were both great! Thank you for letting me have the truck on such short notice. you were so accommodating
