Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe problem was being moved to this location after taking it back to the original agreed upon location. Also that happening after having to pick up the truck at a different location originally agreed upon. Then being charged a late fee???you moved me twice.
Josh RI elected to pay for any damages instead of insurance, yet I was charged for insurance. Why is that?
Jeff MMaybe not the fault of the site manager but the catalytic converter had been stolen from the truck. The back was full of dead bees and the hand truck was not attached to the rails.
Eric NThey wanted me to park the truck in one location in the front and unhook the auto transport in an other location and back it up and store it away in the back of the property . And walk back around the mini storage to the front because the gates are locked like .25 miles so I had to jump a barbed wire fence to cut the distance and they also wanted me to go back and take photos of the mileage which I did first because she didn’t want to come look at the equipment with me to check it in she just said go park it and that was unprofessional she had me driving someone to drop it off and I didn’t have time for that I helped her alittle while she was still being disrespectful it’s a white town and I’m not white. She was saying that it was gonna cost me so much because I drove a long trip. She was being judgemental also. & I had my ride waiting to pick me up the location isn’t a real address you can find on maps I was runing late 20 mins she told my family what was she doing waiting outside like running her way and told her she was waiting for me and said that trailer show have been here already that she was going to report it stolen. I feel she was discriminating against me it’s one thing to be mean to me but my family was in the car. After everything I told the lady I just want to return the U-Haul and get going she did the paper work no problem then I left she closed the door and locked it behind me. No welcoming or friendly. I would have preferred to drive somewhere else to pay more than to deal with this place.
