Helpful in terms of the location offering a service that is available for customers who need moving; however, the initial pick up took about an hour and 10 minutes just to pick up the truck due to receiving the incorrect keys and delays on the app. Unfortunately, this put me behind on my job this morning. The driver side door also was not closing all the way, which poses a huge safety risk, and the gas cap does not register that it is closed. very disappointed with my first time renting with UHUAL.

Makkya SThere was limited information and help especially for a first time user. It was only because I used the uhal service once before that I was knowledgeable about what to expect. No info on gas usage mileage how to use the app or anything about the vehicle. I understand it is not their business but they represent your company so having someone represent you poorly is not in your best interest.
DOUGLAS KFrank os a great guy and has being for more than 20 years serving our community. Thank you
