It’s not even clear that this place is a U-Haul location. There was no one there. This does not reflect the standards of U-Haul

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisTerrible service. They gave us the wrong truck and they couldn’t figure out where the truck that we were supposed to get was. There was a lot of stress and aggravation dealing with this and it still has not been resolved because they said they were going to give us money back, and I still have not received any compensation for our troubles
SHARON WIt is a truck yard and the check in process is a bit different and not what most might expect, and in fact, some might find it a bit scary or sketchy. However, it was a great experience and the young man that checked us in (from a tiny little portable cube office in the truck yard) was very helpful. And you could tell that the U-Haul rental business was not the primary business. It all went fine, but if you are expecting a “typical” pickup a rental experience from a U-Haul store, this won’t be it! Lol
LAUREN BIndicate who / how / where to meet the attendant upon drop off. Perhaps a picture of the cabin at the truck parking location.
