Just wondering why I’m double charged on my bill this is unacceptable

I rented the truck to go to Costco and pick up a large item. I got to Costco and could not open The back door. There was a lock box on it. Nobody knew the code. I returned the truck. Wasted 3 hours of my day and didn’t not get what I wanted. Then I got a call saying I had to remove the lockbox and return the truck. Not impressed
Sheila CFirst of all, I booked the truck for pick up in Barrie. Then got called and said needed to pick up in oro. Drove to Oro and the uhual was at husky gas. Not sure why it couldn’t be brought to Barrie. Then we checked in and it said the tank was 7/16 full. It was less than a quarter tank. So we had to fill up even to get to Barrie. Took us over an hour to check in and get the keys because we were waiting for a call to assurer. Then we realize when we get home they didn’t give us the dolly we rented. The next morning had to drive to another location because we needed a dolly. We spoke to uhual that morning and was told to do that. Then move. Drop the truck off the next day and get charged way more than expected for mileage. Meanwhile we had to drive from oro and drive extra to get the dolly. Plus waste our time on moving day. Not impressed with the service.
Jessica EYoung Gentleman was clean, polite, well mannered. He asked many questions which cleared up misunderstanding and improved my ordeal. Since I had to Drive 25 KM out of my way to get the vehicle I was PROMIDSED in Orillia
DENISE GThey should provide all the information to the customer and make sure that customer is aware of that . They shouldn’t charge extra their customer by misrepresenting the information
