Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisMy only complaint was the truck was covered with 6 inches of snow. They plowed around the truck so I had to walk thru it to get the truck opened up and cleaned off. The windshield was very dirty on the inside.
Howard DBetter light at the drop off. Had to really shove the key to fit into the slot as it was after hours. There are no signs indicating where to put the truck, nor lines for parking.
MINDY GActually the facility was closed when we dropped off truck. But U-Haul’s instructions were very good in explaining what to do.
Mary FEverything was great.
