Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisNothing to improve on, the rep at this location was very helpful and knowlegable, and sorted out the problem from the pick up location.
Raymond GThe van smelled really bad like there has been live animals in there before I rented it (specifically smelled like goats). There were pieces of raw corn on the floor of the cab which makes me further believe animals were in there at some point. Not sure what to suggest, an air freshener probably would not take the smell out. I think it needs to be professionally cleaned. I rented a seperate U-Haul last month Aug 13 -16 from the same location and had no problem with cleanliness. The truck I used from September 17 -19 was the cargo van. I aired it out the best I could when I used it, but the smell is still very noticeable.
Emily FNice team
Tamer AService is great at the store. However, I was not impressed when I found out the reverse lights didn't work by almost backing into another vehicle. Because they didn't know I was moving.
