Picking up the U-Haul truck we reserved at this location took about an hour. This location ended up completely changing our already existing reservation and we had to call U-Haul the next day to get everything changed back to our original reservation dates, one-way, mileage, etc. Also, this location claimed to have the dolly and furniture movers we reserved but only had the dolly. We were not able to get the furniture movers.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisthe mobile app crashed in the middle of the return before it gave the unlock code for the combo lock to lock up the back of the truck. the app would then not let us restart the process or continue it at all. we called uhaul and the lady didn't seem to be able to understand what we were telling her, and told us to leave the back of the truck without a lock on it with a dolly and pads inside. this app was terrible and it should be made much more clear when trying to reserve between an app and a person.
Daniel MTo improve for next time: I would actually HAVE the items that were promised. I would deliver them in the manner explained on the app. I would provide the services promised as described. They did none of these things. And they also haven’t reached out to handle the customer complaint ticket I lodged about it FOUR DAYS AGO, either.
Colleen CI reserved the rental for a pickup. When I arrived, the person at the counter did not know how to use the system to find my reservation and then told us we would have to wait until the next person arrived for their shift. Even though I had done an online check-in, I ended up having to wait over 45 minutes to finally get the rental. Then when I was returning the unit, the person at the counter filled out the drop-off form wrong and tried charging me an additional $50 gas fee. He did explain I could do the drop-off form myself and I was able to without the extra fee. The location is just poorly managed and not worth the hassle.
Bianca HThe gas station made comments about “where I was from, India?” That was uncalled for and insulting. Also, the truck I was given had the incorrect mileage (I corrected) as well as two dirty box springs in the truck prior to my use. They need to check equipment before loaning it out. Will not return. The representative should be ashamed.
