Their closing time is so early. It’s really stressful for us to disconnect the auto transport from the big truck and then take our vehicle from the trailer without any help from U-Haul since they were already closed.
HAIHUA HI would like always to receive UHAUL trucks with FULL gas tank. The first thing I must do is to find a gas station before anything else. Furthermore, it would make it easier for customers to fill out the tank right before delivering back the truck. To be guessing with "aproximate" a 1/4 of a tank is not accurate and it have the tendency to confuse people and ending paying more what is not funny. How much customers need to pay to refill a vehicle that they do not know to be "approximate" in a 1/4 of a tank again? Thank you for considering my suggestion.
JURGEN LI was a surprise drop-off with no notice. They placed a call to U-Haul corporate and had no issue accepting my trailer. Quick and easy.
