The guy and the facility was good, but having to change locations mid move wasn't a good experience as it changed a lot of our plans. Also I was unable to complete the transaction on the app because there was poor cellular service at this location, so again WiFi for customers would help the experience.

Have a representative for U-HAUL actually at the pick up location, instead of a note on the door. Also, there was no handle on the pull down door of the trailer.
