Migel GThe 26' truck looked clean but drove really bad at highway speeds. At 50 mph the truck shook really bad, to the point I thought I had a flat. I had to pull off the highway to check all the tires, which were fine.
Jose-Luis TThe truck’s check engine light came on almost immediately after starting our trip. There was a lot of shaking in the steering/front end. When we went to drop it off, we did not stop to check gas as we feared it would stop running and we would be stranded. It certainly served our purpose size wise, but it does need some maintenance.
Linda JThis was the worst rental I ever had. U haul knows my concerns. I rented this truck when I had a truck I could have used. I rented this truck because the furniture I went to pick up, I did not want to get it wet because as you know MI had bad weather this week sand I was super excited. Until all my stuff got wet. My TV ruined. I took pictures and video. I also had no idea this hapened then getting off the truck because I was stepping in water made me slip as I stepped off the truck. Also as I drove the truck the pasenger merrier moved making it unsafe to get off the highway which put me 7 miles away from my destination. So $14 gone. I also had to call the police station because there was a bullet in the driving section of the cab. I would actually like a full refund to buy a new TV. The rest of my stuff I could wipe off. I have a water spot on my couch but I’m not worried about that.
