Caltron SFirst of all my experience wasn’t good with the reservation online to begin with. You gave me the choice to pick up the vehicle at 6:00am but the place opens up at 7:00am. I called multiple times the number listed on the website to confirm but nobody answered and I couldn’t ever leave a message because the voicemail was full.(Giancarlo)the gentleman at the location was the only good experience that I had,he helped and assisted me with the whole process which is complicated and time consuming. The cabin of the vehicle was dirty, the seat cover wouldn’t stay put and the armrest was broken.
Giuseppe RThe location is fine . I had issue with the app so many glitches .
Angelica MPlease remember that we did not get a handtruck
