This has nothing to do with the business I picked it up from. This had to do with U-HAUL. I picked the U-Haul up in town and I had to extend the rental. I also changed the rental drop off because the business I picked it up from was closer to me. Well…according to U-Haul when I changed the drop off location it sent me from a locked in rate to a daily rate with them then charging me mileage! I rented the truck initially for pickup on Tuesday and returning on Friday morning. It was 198.00. I then extended the days until Monday and changed the drop off location to the same place I picked it up. According to U-Haul this is not considered a same day rental and I was then charged extra for all the mileage even though 30 miles were covered in my rental. Make sure you read the fine print people!! U-Haul will get you on this.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe location is inside a doughnut shop! It smelled delicious!!
veronica cWe were quoted $429 and when we went to pick up the U-Haul, the actual cost was $1276.00, this was a little disenchanting.
