The truck I received had graffiti all over it.. outside AND inside. A very big F***you on the back door plus, the vehicle was very dirty.. had not been washed . It was the only vehicle there and I was very short on time. I could not look elsewhere for one. I was extremely embarrassed driving this vehicle.

Better customer service.
Cesar MEnsure that the person who is due to check out the vehicle is at the faculty as stated. I had to do the online check in, which I was purposely trying to avoid so that I could ask a few questions as I have never driven a big moving truck for long distances. And it took close to an hour to finally get checked out despite the phone assistance due to a system issue. The truck was also empty on gas. A quarter of a tank would have been nice to have
