Nobody was there and they didn't answer the phone, even after three tries. The property is a mess with junk cars everywhere. There was little indication that this was a U-Haul location. In fact, the only way I knew it was the right place was because I saw the drop box for the key and there was one U-Haul trailer sitting there.

I originally reserved at a different location 11 days ahead of time on Witmer rd Lancaster Pa next to Target. I commute past this location everyday and noticed the 15’ truck I reserved sitting in the lot on a Wednesday. It was probably there before that. I arrived Saturday morning to pickup, same truck in the same spot was there. It was a tight park lot but it appeared they left room to drive the truck I reversed out. Since my pickup was before hours I had to call in. The person I spoke to said the truck always not there in the system. She gave me another location to pick up a different 20’ truck. I had no issues at this location in Paradise Pa. Check in with mobile app took about 15 minutes. I wasted 45 minutes from pick up time till I actually had keys to the truck. Times that by the 7 people waiting for me to load and the extra miles out of my way = unacceptable. I’m being charged for U-Haul lack of attention to detail.

cesar jThe location was in such bad shape. Trash and junk all over. They were not open even though they were suppose to be. We used the mobile check in but needed to drive down the street to get any signal and ability to use it.
