Misty GI’ve rented several u-hauls in the past decade. This was the first time I used the app to collect my rental. Rhonda was very helpful. However, checking in with the app was abysmal. The app doesn’t work well. I did receive very helpful assistance through the chat function— but I had to use it twice. The chat operators were very kind and helpful.
