The uhaul app too more than an 1hr to work properly. I had to call the customer service and work manually to get access to the truck. Rohit.

Location did nothing to help remedy the situation and told us to reach out to U-Haul customer service, who told us that the location was responsible. This is the 2nd time there has been missing equipment on a rental from U-Haul, never using U-haul again.
