Took me 1.5 hours to check in,scheduled 5am,arrived 450am as your site suggested. After speaking w c.s they had to give me a Dallas,TX address bc my residence, 20+yrs would not work. Delaying my project w paid help stand around for almost 2 hours. Then the clerk who was working the convenience store spoke NO ENGLISH!!SHOCKING- and when I booked online and selected the Sunoco station 335 Rt17 S, I had to go to the other side of the town for pick-up

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThis pick up is at a gas station so it’s small with no selection to adjust rental if needed. But it worked out for our moving needs this trip. The UHaul attendant was very friendly and made pick up easy. The truck was at 1/4 tank when received so being at a gas station to fill up was convenient.
JULIE SI had to wait like an hour for the attendant to find the key. They kept insisting that it was in one of the 2 lockboxes but after having to call U-Haul and being in chat I finally got the code and both of them were empty.
JOSE SIt's was extremely hard to rent the truck using the app. It asks to take a selfie and picture of the ID. Selfie was easy and scanning the back was even easier but scanning the front of the ID didn't work at all. On top of that I had to provided my info another person's name and phone number then a 3rd person's name and phone number so they can call and verify i was real. If I went alone I would have been screwed because I don't know many people that would take a call from haul and answer questions. It took me 45 min to start the process till I got the code to open the lock and get they key for the truck. If time wasn't an issue I definitely would go to a store that's open and have a real person do the rental for you instead of the app that barely worked. Then they even tried to charge me an extra and I don't know for what . I put more miles than I used to be on the safe side yet it didn't help also initially it said insurance was 30 dollars but then when I checked out it said it's only 15$ yet altogether they changed me 45. Worst rental experience i ever had.
tyler mThe only have one vehicle. Thankfully, it was there when I arrived, but I could not use the mobile pick up option like I normally do. This is not my normal pick up location so when they transferred me to this location, it became very inconvenient.. There are no tiedowns in their 10 foot truck. The only thing convenient about this location is the fuel station.
