Had a difficult time getting in the gate to get the truck. Returning the truck was even more difficult and we sat outside the gate trying to get in for 45 minutes. Just unacceptable

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisFraudulent charge after my return stating missing equipment/damage. No one was at location when I returned the truck, there is no damage and no missing equipment.
ABNER NThe paperwork states to call before I dropped off. I did. And still couldn’t get it. Someone coming out of the gate is the only reason I got in. Them I was trapped inside cause there was no one there. No one in the office and could t get anyone to answer the phone. Family that followed me there had to make a small opening in the gate for me to squeeze through. Also, I stopped 1.4 from drop off Location and top off tank and was billed For 2 gallons of gas but never seen anyone in person. I would recommend anywhere else to drop off U Haul.
