They ween't open when I went to pick up. It shouldn't have mattered since I set up contactless pick up. They didn't set up the rental correctly so the uhaul customer support couldn't really help me get the key out of the lock box. An employee just happened to come by opened the lock box and handed me the key. The helpful customer support guy couldn't believe he did that not knowing who I am. Then I spent 30 minutes on the phone getting the rental picked up properly over the phone. Not a good experience at all!

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisAll of my correspondence has been going to my sister instead of me and we have no idea why. My email on the account needs to be corrected and should have been verified at time of reservation.
David AOnce again the equipment was an hour away from my preferred location. I shouldn’t be required to return it to the original location.
