I did not receive the dolly that I paid for. When I opened the back of the truck it was not there. And since it was a Sunday there was no one to talk to in order to get one. Very disappointed.

JASON MThe truck has clearly been in a serious accident. The driver side door had a large gap between door and frame when closed. The truck drove fine, the a/c worked great and I had no problems driving, lifting the door or storing the items I had to move. I just couldn't figure out why there was a large whistling sound coming from the door.
Jeff RJason was so professional and helpful! I will definitely rent from there again!
Eugene LAfter having the worst experience at Ruiz Shoe Repair (U-Haul dealer location) I had the best and most efficient experience at Neighborhood Ship.
