Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe app did not work. No prompts for return photos. It took an hour to get the truck; from walking into the store to walking out of the store with the keys. The convenience store clerk was well meaning, but inexperienced and only spoke Spanish. Same with her manager she called on the phone. The clerk repeatedly stopped servicing me to assist other customers with smaller purchases. The truck was not out front with the other Uhaul truck. I was not told to go behind the store and walk through the trash covered grass. Worst UHaul truck ever driven. Transmission needs work. Ramp was difficult to retract. Return time was half an hour. I will never return nor recommend this location.
Kevin E1st off, they ripped me off! It says $30.00, ans i would of excepted up to $70 but they got me for $110.00!!.. I only used 49miles out of 100, so they said Isince I didn't use the whole 100 miles I couldn't get my deposit back! I gave them 180 and they only gave me $70 back on top of that Iwanted to make sure that I had the gas at the level they told me I had to return it in witch was 160 so I accidentally sent and put it up to 180 n these mf took my deposit for not hitting the hundred mark abut don't want to reimburse me for the extra gas I put in! TRASH, STRAIGHT TRASH ASS PEOPLE!..
