I used the app to pick up without needing help from any personnel at the location.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe rental invoicing is a real nightmare....I spoke with Ed, who is the facility's owner/manager. He ran through, price of the vehicle for the day, mileage charge, and tax, I spoke to him later in the day and I asked him about the fuel levels.... He told me to return it but the same level as pickup. I took pictures before and after, and you people charged me a shit load more, 4 gallons more, when I drove the vehicle 23 miles. How F'd up is that? You're a bunch of fraudsters. Little did you know, I took pictures on the mileage out and in, along with fuel gauge levels. After you wouldn't do anything to reverse the charges, I call American Express and put a stop to the payment all together. You're not shaking me down! Don't rent from U-Haul unattended locations and especially the one located on mclean boulevard AKA route 20 in Paterson.
DAVID Ltrucks are always clean, i think they sweep and blow out the cargo area after each rental. convenient location near route 208 Parkway and rt 20
Edward SThe team was an on site for the timeframe in which they were supposed to be on site. The vehicle didn’t work properly. It stopped on the highway putting my life in jeopardy.
