Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI reserved trailer for 4 days clarifying where they wanted me to park trailer upon returning Sunday while they were closed and received a message after one day saying I was late returning the trailer. I returned the call explaining that I had rented trailer for 4 days and all I got was the trailer will be $32.00 for each addditional day. We ended up being charged approximately double the amount I had reserved the trailer for that time period..

James BI had reserved a 15 ft truck well ahead of time. I received a call the day before stating that they only had a 20 ft truck available unless I wanted to go to a town 45 minutes away. I took the 20 ft truck, which was fine. But the moving blankets that I had reserved and paid for were not in the truck. I had to call U-Haul, find out where to get them, and my wife had to make a separate trip to another location to pick them up. Since it was their mistake that they were not in there, they should have offered to deliver them to our house that we were moving out of. The U-Haul app did not work well. I checked in on the app and received the key ok. However, when I got to the step where I was supposed to upload pics of the rental truck, the app would not let me upload them. Finally had to call U-Haul as the app would not allow me to skip past the picture upload step. When I got into the truck, the fuel gauge was at less than 3/4 of a tank even though this truck was rented as a one way long distance rental. Once we were done unloading at our destination, I had to return the truck to a location 45 minutes away rather than a U-Haul location 15 minutes away to avoid an additional $300 charge. Overall, this was a very poor and frustrating experience.
