U-haul needs to upgrade their website. It is slow and very hard to navigate for both the dealer and the customer.

Carl JI had reserved a 12 foot trailer. When we went to pick it up they ddi not have a 12 foot trailer. I had to settle for a 5x8 foot trailer which means we could only do half the work we needed to do. The guy there was nice. It didn't seem to be his fault. Then to make matters worse the guy I sent to pick it up and up okaying the extra charges that I didn't want. I guess he wasn't aware that U_Haul does that, just like the car rental companies.
