Location was a feed store & some sort of mechanic shop. Attempted to drop off a 20' truck. Main Door was locked during normal business hours on a Monday. No one answered the door or the phone. No where to park truck, so I just left truck outside the front door. No sign on front door that said closed or "will be back" at a certain time. Had to call national phone number to get information on how to proceed. There wasn't any drop box near the front door. Finally found drop box all the way around the side of building.

maria mDon't answer their phones. Hang up on customer. Don't answer voicemails. Impossible to coordinate anything with them, except to show up during work hours and talk to U-Haul scheduling.
