Verify with customer the level of fuel tank at check in!! I was told by the owner that the level was at 3/4 however it was below that. To make certain I added MORE fuel than I used, I added 6,3 gallons of fuel ($20) and only drove 37 1/2 miles per both our calculations. The 20' truck is rated to get 10-12 miles to the gallon, therefore at worse case I only used 3,75 gallons of fuel. However the owner said the gauge shows I owed for 2 MORE gallons. 8,3 gallons of fuel for 37 1/2 miles is not only inaccurate but an insult to my intelligence.

Cassidy M.Do not double book. I was lucky to have arrived first. My move was local and I had already paid a team to arrive. It would have cost me several hundred dollars if I had to find another truck. Could have cost me what had already paid. So PLEASE ensure your customer does not get “screwed “.
