I was charged more than once, I returned it at 5:45 pm the receipt says I returned it at 7:15 PM. I was told it was going to be around $65 ended up to be $87. They charged me $67 and then three days later charge me 20 more dollars.
Tommy MThey rented me a truck and hooked up the trailer ok, well done, then they forgot to close out my bill when I dropped it off. My fault, I never should have trusted them to 'take care of it'. They over billed me 3 days and tacked on 5 gallons of fuel...for a 28 mile rental? 5 gallons? Really? Uhaul even called me 3 days after I returned the truck and trailer, I told the lady I only had the truck for 2 hours. She didn't believe me, she billed me for all the time up to the phone call, so customer service or whoever is also to blame for this mess.
