Truck had no gas in it. Was missing the dolly and when returned they asked where the dolly was. Also had to be called back 2 times to switch locations because the truck was not at that location. So I down sized to the 20' at the same price. To be called back and told the day before pick up that the 20' was not available.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisWhoever used the truck previously, smoked marijuana inside—a lit. Unfortunately my 7 yr old, wife and I had to use it either way. It was bad. It was unbearable. Uhaul customer service was wonderful, however.

Bruce RI was charged for 2 dolly and they didn’t have any in the truck. I originally placed my truck for Menifee 1 Mile from my house. They switched it to Perris at 23 miles away. I was charged for those miles. I had to wait 42 min for someone to bring my the appliance dolly and they still charged me for 2 dolly. I brought back with more gas then I picked it up at and they tried to charge for gas. This was insane. The lady on the phone was rude.
Donna TI really liked the convenience of the no contact pickup - it actually worked but our vehicle had the gas siphoned out of it when we arrived - there needs to be more security and cameras in my opinion.
